Business owners apply directly with us, we underwrite the application, and we originate and service the resulting loan. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable U.S. law, and that you are inquiring on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. US America Capital is not your advisor or fiduciary. All financing decisions should be made after consulting a qualified professional.
4. User Submissions
When you submit information through forms on our website, you agree that:

Program description. Our text messages are transactional and customer care only. We send messages relating to your funding inquiry and application, limited to: application status updates, requests for supporting documents, appointment and call scheduling and confirmations, and responses to your questions about an active application. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, rate offers, or product marketing of any kind.
Consent. We only send text messages to individuals who have given us their express consent directly, through the opt-in checkbox on our own web forms or verbally during a call with us. We do not text contacts obtained from any third-party source without first obtaining their direct consent.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your application and your interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. US America Capital does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further texts from that number. You may also opt out by emailing info@usamericacapital.com or calling (855) 500-0517.

Effect of opting out. Opting out of text messages will not affect your funding application, and we will continue to be able to reach you by phone and email.
Privacy of mobile data. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is excluded from the sharing described in Section 7 and from all sharing described in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility. SMS services are available to individuals aged 18 and over with a compatible mobile device on a supported carrier.
7. Funding Partners
We do not sell consumer leads. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to any third party for that party’s own marketing purposes, and we do not participate in lead generation, lead resale, or affiliate marketing of any kind.
By submitting an inquiry on our website, you authorize US America Capital to share the information you provide with our funding partners strictly for the purpose of processing, underwriting, and funding the financing application that you initiated with us. US America Capital originates and services the resulting loan and remains your point of contact throughout.
You understand that:
- Your information is used solely to evaluate and fund your application, and is not provided to any party for their own marketing purposes
- US America Capital does not guarantee approval, funding, rates, or the terms of any offer presented
- While we work only with parties we consider reputable, we are not responsible for their acts, policies, or decisions
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from this authorization and are not shared with funding partners, as described in Section 6 and in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy governs.
